There are greens in winter too! We take chlorophyll from conifers. From time to time we make ourselves such spruce cocktails (there is more vitamin C in the tree than in the "lemon"!)
Ingredients:
1. Spruce branch - 1 piece
2. Water - 1 glass
3. Orange - 1 slice
Preparation
We take a fresh branch of spruce (you can use other needles: fir, pine ...), rinse with water. We cut the needles into the blender container with scissors, add warm water. Grind for about a minute, filter through a strainer with small holes and cocktail number 1 is ready (vitamin C, essential oils). Or else you can do this ...
We make the second cocktail from a whole branch of spruce (needles together with a stick) and orange peel. Cut a twig of spruce (smaller) with scissors, add warm water, put in the zest, grind for about a minute, filter and you're done (this cocktail has an antiparasitic bias).
We make the third cocktail from spruce needles and orange pulp. We take out the spruce needles, remove the orange pulp, put it in a blender container (squeeze the orange juice + add a little warm water). Beat for about a minute, filter and the cocktail is ready (fortified vitamin C and essential oils to stimulate the immune system). Plus, you can make a cocktail with a Christmas tree with lemon and honey.
These green coniferous cocktails strengthen the immune system and protect us from some "modern troubles"! We need a shock dose of vitamin C like a magic wand. All health, friends.
