One of the healthy cocktails is a cocktail from the wild-growing plants available to us (you can make cocktails from many weeds: woodlice, quinoa, wheatgrass, burdock, dandelion flowers and leaves, etc.).

Wild plants usually have a rich vitamin and mineral composition. Today we are making a green cocktail rich in trace elements and vitamins from nettle, forest currant leaves and snow.

Ingredients:

1. Nettle - a bunch (vitamins C, K, A, E, chlorophyll, minerals, tannins)

2. Currant leaf - 5-7 leaves (collagen, vitamin C, B vitamins, PP, potassium, calcium, iron ...)

3. Sleepy - a bunch (malic, citric acid ...)

(fresh, dried and frozen herbs can be used)

Preparation

We took the herbs, washed them well, chopped them with scissors. Placed in a blender container, add warm water (spices if desired).

Beat for about a minute, strain through a strainer and a healthy green chlorophyll cocktail from wild plants is ready (to be drunk fresh).

In order not to take up space in the freezer, you can mark the place in advance (in the fall) and dig out the greens in winter directly from under the snow in excellent condition (usually green, like fresh).
