I take young beets (they are now in bulk in the store), and I already have my own! 😊
I rub it on a grater and transfer it to a deep bowl. You will need one medium-sized beet or two small beets. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix. This way the beets will not fade.
Grind one small carrot on a grater.
Finely chopped 200 grams of young cabbage.
Cut half a small onion into half rings.
I will prepare a salad dressing: two tablespoons of olive oil (or aromatic sunflower oil), one and a half tablespoons of soy sauce, three small cloves of garlic (chopped on a grater), ground black pepper. I will stir.
I fill the salad, let it brew for 5-10 minutes and you can eat! Very tasty, juicy, bright! Bon Appetit.
