When I start writing about what 1300 kcal a lot to me and I'll stop soon lose weight (it's "coming soon" It lasts for more than a year, but I'm still losing weight) - everything is simple - to say "Goodbye" to the person and forget him. When the time is, you can still feel sorry for him.

But when I see that you start to lose weight with more weight and put myself deficit 1200-1300 kcal, and someone and 800-900 kcal per day - here I can not pass up. I have always and everywhere been saying about a 15-20% deficit.

Why set yourself meager deficit, why do it? According to the advice of someone? Or want to quickly get rid of the hateful kilos?

It should be understood that such a large calorie deficit to anything good will not:

The mistake was to overcome the plateau by reducing caloric intake. And I go to the Saturday menu.

On Saturday we had business in Moscow and at the same time went to see her husband's parents.

Early breakfast - sandwiches for wholemeal bread (60 g) with butter (10 g), caviar carp (30 g) and fish pate (35 g). Not without green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast came on 365 kcal.

I dined at a party and about Lunch came to 350 kcal - chicken breast is baked in spices (150 g), noodles (approximately 50 g) and vegetables (for a total of 60 g).

Furthermore, green tea ate chocolate cake (about 100 g) - 165 kcal.

On Saturday, it does not bother the fact that I eat and how much, but the load characteristics of the organism is not planned.

In front of me waiting for not only the New Year. Almost every week someone's birthday. Next weekend will celebrate the birthday of her father before her husband's birthday New Year. there will be more time to count calories and reload your body, shake it from perpetual deficit.

For dinner we were at home. On the way out of town to the market for dried fruits and nuts, bought products.

By the way, I really liked the dried plum - it is moderately sour, no sugar. And still everybody likes dried cranberries. Well dried mango - my favorite.

Dried choose only those that have not been processed in a sugar syrup (they even visually distinguishable).

I had dinner there was not any.

I tried all the dried fruits that are bought, nuts and drank green tea with jasmine. In total, it turned on 250 kcal.

And still remembered by appending an article that day ate at a party a couple of cloves of conventional pastes. About 150 kcal.

As a result, approximately 1280 kcal per happen today, rich in carbohydrates. Given that the carbohydrates I have always less than needed - a good buildup has turned to the body.
