This thick cocktail contains healthy oils to keep us energized throughout the day. Plus, it has an anthelmintic effect, which is often relevant for many.
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin seeds - a handful (it is more effective to remove fresh ones directly from the pumpkin)
2. Walnut - 5 pcs (it is more useful to purchase in shell)
3. Water - 1-2 glasses (better structured)
Preparation
Pumpkin seeds are taken (preferably unpeeled), soaked overnight in water. In the morning (afternoon), a walnut is taken (useful for the brain), it is pricked with a nutcracker, the kernels are placed in a blender container, and pumpkin seeds (anthelmintic) are placed there. Warm water is added (if you add more water, it will turn out like milk, if less, then like cream)
All together are crushed for about a minute, filtered and the vegetable cocktail is ready (+ you can add other nuts, seeds, herbs and spices).
It is especially useful to nourish (= support) your body after cleansing programs, since many useful substances are washed out.
