Ingredients:

For the test:

  • Eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Sugar - 350 gr.
  • Butter - 200 gr.
  • Flour - 760 gr.
  • Honey - 50 gr.
  • Soda - 1 tsp l.

For filling:

  • Cream 33% - 500 gr.
  • Curd cheese - 400 gr.
  • Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Raspberry jam - to taste

To make Cheese Cream Honey Cakes, prepare all of the ingredients listed below. If the honey is candied, then it can be melted in the microwave. Sift the flour through a sieve.

Cut butter into a large saucepan and add honey. Put on fire and melt. Then add the sugar mixed with the egg. Mix everything and bring the mixture to a boil.

Then remove the pan from heat and add baking soda to the hot mixture. Stir vigorously. The honey mass will immediately begin to foam and increase in volume. Place it in a cool place and cool.

Add flour after a while. Knead the dough. Add the specified amount of flour. You don't need extra. The finished dough should stick a little to your hands. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

To bake, roll out the dough and cut out shapes to any shape and size you want. Place them on a baking tray and prick all over with a fork. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

The biscuits cook very quickly, so do not leave them for a long time. Cool them after baking.

Now combine the cream with the icing sugar and whisk into a fluffy, stable cream. Then stir in the curd cheese. It will intervene better if it is at room temperature.
