Who among us has not started our day with delicious lush cheesecakes for breakfast? There are probably very few of them. This dish comes from childhood. But even it has its own secrets and nuances in cooking.
To make the cheesecakes really tasty, you need to knead the right dough. Use high-quality cottage cheese, best of all from a trusted manufacturer. Add a little sugar, otherwise the syrniki will burn when frying. And instead of flour, use semolina, it is due to it that the dough will turn out to be loose and not clogged. If we take into account all the subtleties, we will get a very tasty dish that can awaken the morning appetite even among little gourmets. I recommend trying it!
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese - 300 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Semolina - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil for frying - 50 ml.
Step by step recipe:
To prepare cheesecakes with semolina without flour, prepare the required set of ingredients. Cottage cheese can be used both at home and in store. The main thing is that it is of high quality, soft and tender, even with a slight sourness. If the curd is very grainy, grind it through a sieve or use a hand blender.
Pour the required amount of cottage cheese, semolina and sugar into a suitable container. Beat in a chicken egg. If you like it, add vanilla sugar as well, it will give the dish a pleasant aroma.
Mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes, so that the cereals swell a little and the curd dough becomes looser.
After the time has elapsed, moisten your palms in cold water, form round blanks and send them to a frying pan well heated with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until a beautiful golden brown over medium heat. Blot excess oil with a paper towel.
A hearty and delicious breakfast is ready, you can invite the family to the table.
Serve the cheesecakes warm with various delicacies: sour cream, jam, condensed milk or honey. And also do not forget about a cup of fragrant tea.
Bon Appetit!
