Cooking a delicious "rejuvenating" (antioxidant) salad.
Ingredients:
1. Cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
2. Red pepper - a particle to taste
3. Sauerkraut - a handful
4. Algae - 2 plates
5. Dill - bunch
6. Celery salt - to taste (or other)
7. Turnip onion - half
8. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon (cold pressed)
9. Zira or cumin - a pinch
10. Ground pepper - any (pinch)
Preparation
We take vegetables and herbs, wash well, remove all unnecessary. Cut the cucumbers, onions and peppers into pieces, chop the seaweed with our hands (they are quite satisfying and even for many replace meat), put cabbage on top of algae so that they are better saturated with cabbage brine.
Then pepper (red or black pepper), salt with good salt, add chopped onion, garlic, cumin, oil (if desired, you can also sprinkle with lemon juice).
Sprinkle with finely chopped green tea (dill and / or other). Stir and our salad is ready (eaten fresh). Bon appetit, dear friends! :)
