Making a live cleansing jelly from chia seeds. This is a superfood jelly, since chia seeds are considered a super food (they both nourish and cleanse).
Ingredients:
1. Chia seeds - 1/3 cup
2. Water - glass
3. Honey - 1 teaspoon (without it)
4. Berries - a handful (you can do without them)
Preparation
Pour chia seeds into a glass, fill with water, leave to swell overnight. In the morning we get something similar to thick jelly or pudding.
You can use it as it is, slightly warmed up (doused with hot water, put on a radiator or "steamed" in a steam bath) and add honey with berries. And you can make something more interesting out of it with a blender.
Move the chia seeds to the blender container. Pour in warm water (you can add honey, fruits and / or seedless berries, fresh or from the freezer). Beat for 30-40 seconds and our healthiest detox jelly is ready.
We eat similar chia breakfasts on cleansing days and are quite happy (we think that chia seeds are better, only flax seeds).
