Beetroot salad with ginger to cleanse the digestive tract

This is probably the simplest, but at the same time, effective detox salad made from fresh "live" active beetroot and ginger root.

Ingredients:

1. Beets - 1 piece (small)

2. Ginger root - a piece of 1x1 cm (the ginger root even resembles the intestines in shape and stimulates it to work)

3. Flaxseed oil - 1 tablespoon (not bitter)

Preparation

We take ginger and beets, wash them well, peel them, rub the beets and ginger on a fine grater (it is easier to eat raw beets on it, but on a coarse one it’s not that good) onto a plate.

Now fill with butter (preferably cold pressed), mix and a powerful cleansing salad is ready! (+ if the "tinned stomach", then you can add red ground pepper and you get a "fiery salad" in general, because red hot pepper improves intestinal motility and promotes the production of bile).

Juicy fiber works just right! Our grandmothers also knew the power of this bright vegetable. And now ginger is also available to us as a natural flavor enhancer, a "blood cleaner" and an excellent root for the prevention of modern sensational ailments. Health to all of us, friends! :)
