What happens when you combine chicken and cornflakes

No, I'm not asking a question. I tell you what happens - amazing yummy.

In fact, breast (chicken, chicken, and whose were you thinking of) is a useful thing, but not everyone's favorite. because it has a dense structure, and after cooking (especially if the temperature and time conditions are not observed) it turns into a sole.

I have to disappoint: here you will have to control both the temperature and the time the chicken is in the oven. because they have not yet figured out a way to make delicious food out of chicken breast, spitting on all the rules ...

However, the simplicity of preparation and the taste afterwards are worth it.

We take:

Chicken breast

Egg

Salt, pepper, dried thyme in any amount

A little flour

A little melted butter

Not sweet cornflakes

How we cook:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees

Cover the flakes with a towel and roll them with a rolling pin. Not to small crumbs, but to pieces.

Cut the breast into portioned pieces and beat off a little, covering with foil. You do not need to beat, you can also roll it with a rolling pin, making it a little flatter.

Mix flour, salt, pepper, thyme in a separate bowl.

Beat the egg in another bowl.

Now roll the chicken in flour with spices and salt, dip it in an egg and then roll it in cornflakes. From above we go through a brush with melted butter, put on a baking sheet and - in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
