If you just stew a chicken - with onions, for example, with spicy herbs - then capricious domestic ones wriggle dissatisfied faces and say: “chicken again, how are we tired of this chicken!
And if the chicken is made a la KFC, then they gobble up for a sweet soul.
I do not propose to repeat this recipe, I propose to modernize it, so to speak.
Shall we cook chicken fingers?
They can be used as an appetizer, and if you make a salad with them, you will get a full and healthy dinner.
We take:
- A couple of chicken breasts
- Salt
- A mixture of peppers - white, black, a little red
- A spoonful of paprika (smoked as you like)
- A little rosemary
- A little thyme
- Breadcrumbs (I like the ones that contain bran)
- An egg or two
- A little flour
- Half a glass of sour cream
- A couple of tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- Bunch of parsley
How we cook:
- We cut the breasts into strips of fingers one and a half to two centimeters wide
- Mix spices, herbs, bread crumbs
- Drive in the egg with salt
- Pour flour separately
- Roll the breast in flour, dip in an egg, roll in breading with herbs and spices and send to the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes
- Hold on more - it will be tough, but it will turn out juicy.
- While the breast is roasting in the oven, take sour cream, finely chop the parsley, whisk everything with Dijon mustard and add some salt to taste. We get a sauce - very fresh taste and healthy.
- It can be served separately to chicken fingers, or you can dress them with any green (or even potato) salad. Enjoy your meal!
