Well, actually - no work. Unless you wrap a few potatoes in foil and put them in the oven, and, at the same time, put the eggs to boil.
Generally? this salad goes well as a separate dish - it is quite satisfying, but at the same time light enough not to overload the body. As a holiday, it probably will not go. However... who knows, who knows.
The only drawback that many find in it is the presence of celery. I don’t understand why we don’t like celery? I will not say that I cannot live without it, but I use it with pleasure.
Anyway.
We take:
- A couple of potatoes
- A couple of celery stalks
- Quarter onion
- A couple of eggs
- A little greenery
- Salt to taste
- Dijon mustard to taste
How we cook:
Wash the potatoes well with a brush and bake (you can boil it, but I like baked better).
Cook the eggs.
Finely chop the celery
When cooked and cooled down, the potatoes are cut into cubes without peeling. And the eggs are cut into slices. It is possible and small, but here the salad looks more pleasant to the eye in slices, therefore I suggest slices.
Cut the onion into thin quarter rings.
We mix everything.
We mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and Dijon mustard, salt, season the salad. Sprinkle with herbs.
You can sprinkle smoked paprika on top - but this is not for everybody.
