Today I want to share a recipe bA quick breakfast for which you will need no more than 3 minutes of your time. You just need to mix everything in the oven, and after 15 minutes a very tasty pancake will be ready, in which you can wrap any filling or leave it without filling. This pancake is also called the Finnish pancake. It tastes as good as fried pancakes from a frying pan.

Recipe:

Milk -400ml

Egg -2pcs

Sugar -3 tsp.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Flour -120g

Baking powder -1 / 3 tsp.

Butter -20g

COOKING METHOD:

And so we break 2 eggs into a bowl, pour in 400 ml of milk, add 1/3 tsp. salt, sugar to taste, I add 3 tsp, mix everything.

measure 120 grams of flour, add 1/3 tsp. baking powder. Now add flour with baking powder to milk and mix. You should get such a batter as for ordinary thin pancakes.
Pour in 30 grams of melted butter and mix. We take a standard baking sheet from the oven, my baking sheet size is 38 cm by 32 cm

Cover with baking paper, I recommend taking a non-stick baking mat without oil, if not such a rug, then you need to cover the baking sheet with ordinary baking paper, grease with oil and sprinkle flour.
We put in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or navigate by your oven. The pancake in the oven will bubble as it should, then it will become even as soon as the oven opens.

We take it out of the oven, the pancake is already ready, you can grease it with butter and serve.
I love pancakes with cottage cheese, so I do this. I mix cottage cheese 150 grams with sour cream and sugar. We put on the pancake, evenly distribute and roll up the roll.

Now we cut and serve hot to the table. You can simply grease with butter and roll up the roll. Or pour with jam. In general, everything is at your discretion.
