Because of my secret ingredient, juice turns out not just delicious, but also fragrant, intense flavor. Very tasty! Every year we do in the winter a few cans, her husband especially like the juice. In general, write a prescription!

Preparation:

We will need 2 kg pumpkin pulp. Cut it into small pieces, put into an appropriate pan and fill with water. We pour water so that the pumpkin is completely covered.

Cook the pumpkin over low heat until until it becomes soft (ie before completion). Let cool slightly and then grind the pumpkin to homogeneity blender or forced through a sieve. The water in which the cooked pumpkin, merging is not necessary!

Adding approximately 200 g of sugar, half a teaspoon of citric acid and add secret ingredient - orange juice. I advise you not to use the juice shop, a squeeze of 2 oranges themselves.

It is thanks to orange juice, taste turns out very nice, with a slightly sour taste. So do not neglect this ingredient :))

We put a weight again on the plate and bring to the boil. Tasting - if necessary, add more sugar or citric acid. If you think a thick juice - add a little more water.

Boil the juice until sugar is dissolved, then immediately poured into sterilized jars and roll up. Well, all delicious pumpkin juice juice is ready! Bon appetit, my friends!
