Ingredients:

zucchini
garlic
greens (dill and parsley)
vegetable oil
salt
vinegar

Attention: I indicate the proportions in the recipe for one 1 liter can.

So, we need 1.7 kg of zucchini. An important point: the zucchini should be small, about 5-6 cm in diameter, no more, otherwise you simply will not be able to put them in a jar.

My zucchini, cut off the stalks and cut into slices about 2-2.5 cm thick.

Now the zucchini must be fried on both sides until golden brown. Fry in vegetable oil in a well-heated frying pan. Put the fried zucchini on paper towels in one layer.

Then we chop 3-5 cloves of garlic with a knife or pass through a press. Grind the dill and parsley.

Now we take a jar (as I indicated above, the ingredients are indicated for one liter jar), pour 3-4 tablespoons at the bottom vegetable oil, 3.5 tablespoons of vinegar 6%, put 1 teaspoon of salt with a slide, herbs, garlic and put tightly fried zucchini.

We fill the jar not to the very neck, but stepping back about 2 cm. Cover with a sterilized lid. We sterilize jars with zucchini in a saucepan with water. A liter jar needs to be sterilized for 40 minutes.

Then we roll it up, turn it upside down and wait for it to cool completely. Delicious Ukrainian-style zucchini is ready. The appetizer is amazing. Do not have time to open the can - have already eaten everything)) Bon appetit, friends!
