Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe trandom cookies "hearts". It's like puff ears only, it's easier to prepare. While one baking sheet is baking, the first one will disappear.

Recipe:

Cottage cheese -300g

Egg -1pc

Baking powder -1 tsp.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp

Butter -150g

Vanilla sugar -10g

Flour -300-350g

Sugar -5-6 tbsp (or to taste)

COOKING METHOD:

We take 300 grams of cottage cheese, put in a bowl, break 1 egg, add vanilla sugar, half a tsp. salt, take 150 grams of butter, the oil should be at room temperature from my refrigerator, so I put it in the microwave for 15 seconds at a power of 400 watt.

We put butter to cottage cheese, add salt. We punch everything until smooth with a blender.
Let's measure out 300 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. baking powder and mix.

Add flour and baking powder to the dough.
Knead the dough. The dough should turn out to be elastic, soft and not sticky to your hands, you may need more flour, since the moisture content of the curd is different. Today I needed an additional 50 grams.


Now we roll out the dough into a layer 3-4 mm thick, mark approximately the middle of the layer and boil well with sugar. I have it 6 tablespoons, in such cookies I like sugar more. Press in the sugar with a rolling pin.

Now we roll up the rolls on both sides of the layer and meet exactly in the middle. Now we cut with a knife what thickness you want. We correct the shape with our hands, you can leave it like this, or you can additionally dip one side in sugar and put it on a baking sheet, sugar side up.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or navigate in your oven.
I have 2 cookie sheets.

Pour a cup of tea, put the cookies on the table and start drinking tea.

I assure you, you will not even notice how one after another begins to disappear from the table.
