Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

I want today to share with you recipes for pies. I have accumulated so many of them in my cookbook that I decided to collect them all in one article for your convenience. There are a lot of ways here: in the usual way, in the hot way, in the cold way, dough without yeast, dough without soda, dough without yeast and without soda at the same time, jellied pies, quick pies and pita bread (you cannot distinguish from ordinary pies in taste and appearance), on kefir, on milk, on mineral water, on water and others, see for yourself.

RECIPE 1: Patties: The dough can be refrigerated and frozen.

They turn out to be soft and airy. The dough is prepared very quickly, you just need to mix everything, then put the dough in the refrigerator and after forty minutes you can start frying pies, or you can leave it, for example, in the refrigerator overnight and fry the pies the next day when you have conveniently.

RECIPE 2: Pies: the dough is ready in 1 hour and the idea for a delicious filling.

The dough is ready in an hour. We were visiting the other day, and we were treated to such delicious pies, I liked them so soft, melting in my mouth, well, of course, I could not leave without a prescription. The aunt says that this is her signature recipe and she only makes pies according to this recipe.

RECIPE 3: I love this Dough, especially the delicious sausages from it in the dough

I really like to use such a dough for the oven, the pastries always turn out soft and remain as fresh for the next day, I would even say the next day the pies from it become even tastier, and especially it makes delicious sausages in test.

RECIPE 4: Pies like in the "Market"

The pies are like in the "Market", under this name they are written in my cookbook, a recipe for me when a woman gave me a long time ago. She went every day, at the same time, to organizations and offered pies to employees. They always sold well with her, and she cooked them from this dough. And today I will share with you an unusual filling of pickled cucumbers, which I discovered not long ago: unusual, but very tasty.

RECIPE 5: Turkish dough for pies in the oven: can lie in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, wait in the wings.

Why I don’t know Turkish, I already got it with that name.

The elastic dough is pleasant to work with; when working with the dough, you do not need to use additional flour. Most of all I like that the dough can be kneaded and put into the refrigerator and there it can lie and wait for 3-4 days. It is very comfortable. By the way, this dough is great for any oven baked goods, such as homemade pizza, flat cakes, pies. If you add more sugar, you can make buns. Today I have cherry pies.

RECIPE 6: Crispy rolls pies: even with potatoes, even with cabbage.

It turns out to be awesomely tasty, there are a lot of fillings, the dough is thin and crispy. They can be prepared with any filling, even with potatoes, or with cabbage. The dough is prepared quickly without yeast, baking soda and baking powder. Since the dough is prepared quickly, we first prepare the filling.

RECIPE 7: Quick bast patties from curd dough

The taste of such pies is incomparable with any other pies. To understand, you need to cook and taste. Moreover, this recipe is from the category of fast. The dough is prepared very quickly, literally in 5-10 minutes you will already have a ready-made dough, you just have to prepare the filling.

RECIPE 8: Sausages in a batter in a pan

Although not entirely healthy, it is definitely very tasty and not difficult to prepare. I make the dough for fried sausages in water with the addition of milk. You can make the dough just on water and don't add eggs to the dough.

RECIPE 9: Pies that do not absorb oil when frying

They are not greasy at all, I pour oil into the pan once and fry all the pies without adding. Of this amount, 30 pies are taught. I cook the dough without yeast, so it is ready right away, just kneaded and you can immediately start forming pies.

RECIPE 10: Filled open pies. Karelian gates

Karelian gates. These are incredibly delicious filled open patties. Neither yeast nor baking powder is needed here.

RECIPE 11: Indian Patties

Indian pies (samosa) Their dough is unusual it is without yeast and soda. You can bake in the oven and fry in a pan, but the shape attracts attention and you want to try it faster. You can use any vegetable or meat filling. Today I offer a vegetable filling.

RECIPE 12: Pies without molding from jellied dough.

The pies are delicious! The recipe is very simple, no fuss with the dough, you don't need to sculpt anything, just knead the batter and pour the filling and bake in the oven. The filling can be different, the main thing is that it bakes quickly. Today I propose to cook with fish filling.

RECIPE 15: Soft pies and 2 delicious filling ideas
