Today I want to share a recipe bstreets "Gourmet" with custard. If I bake buns, then I choose this recipe, firstly it is very tasty, and secondly, my husband loves it very much. Their taste is simply incomparable, such will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. Both adults and children will appreciate it. This is a recipe that says ten out of ten! I advise you to cook!

Recipe:

For the test:

Milk -150ml

Yeast -7g (or raw -15g)

Butter -100g

Eggs -3pcs

Sugar -4 tbsp. L

Salt -1 / 2 tsp

Flour -500g

For the cream:

Milk -300ml

Sugar -60g

Egg -1pc

Corn starch -1st.l. (20g) or flour

Vanillin -1 pack

Butter -50g

COOKING METHOD

First, let's prepare the dough. Let's start with dough in a bowl, pour milk 150 ml, warm about 40 degrees. Add 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 pack of dry yeast 7 grams or 15 grams of raw yeast, I recommend using proven yeast so that the baked goods rise well. Stir and remove to a warm place for 15 minutes.

Melt 100 grams of butter, add half a tsp to the butter. salt, 3 tbsp. sugar and break 3 eggs and mix. The dough has already come up, this is how it looks. Pour in butter, sugar and egg, mix and add 400 grams of flour. Knead the dough. The dough should be soft, slightly sticky to your hands, if it sticks too much, add a little more flour, but you should not hammer the dough too much.
We remove the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour or an hour and a half. I put it in the oven and set the temperature to 40 degrees.

During this time, we will prepare the cream.
In saucepans, heat 300 ml of milk to a temperature of about 60 degrees.
Break 1 egg into a saucepan, add 60 grams of sugar, vanillin, corn starch 1 heaped tablespoon, by weight it is about 20 grams. Can be replaced with flour.
Stir and pour in hot milk in a thin stream, stir constantly.
Now we put the saucepan on the fire and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk, so that there are no lumps, until it thickens.
We remove from heat, immediately cover with a film in a joint so that the cream does not wind up on top.

Leave it to cool completely.
Put the matched dough on the table and knead well, divide into parts, I divide into 15 parts.
We make a bun from each part.
We take one bun and roll out a circle with a diameter of about 10 cm. Lubricate with vegetable oil, you can use butter. Fold in half. (for more details, see the video below) Put on a baking sheet, close and leave for 15 minutes, let the blanks melt.

Now add tbsp to the yolk. milk and mix, grease the buns.
We put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, be guided by your oven.
We take the cooled custard base for the cream, put in a bowl, add 50 grams of soft butter and beat with a mixer until fluffy and homogeneous.

For convenience, put the finished cream in a pastry bag. We take a cooled bun base or warm, but not hot. Fill with cream.

So we continue with all the buns.
Now sprinkle with nuts on the cream, you can use grated chocolate. Today I have walnuts, chopped in a blender and almond petals.
The buns are ready and can be served with tea. Such buns can be served on the festive table. You just have to try them, they are insanely delicious and easy to prepare.
