Ingredients: buckwheat, any meat, onions, carrots, Dill greens, Salt, Ground black pepper, Sunflower oil for frying
Cooking method:
Pre-fill the buckwheat with water for half an hour. Cook in salted water until tender.
Cook hard-boiled chicken eggs and cut into cubes. I have a special egg cutting net. Very convenient and fast.
Cut the onion into cubes, three carrots on a coarse grater.
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in a pan. Salt and pepper.
Add the onion to the meat, fry until golden brown.
Add the carrots and simmer everything together until tender, pour, if desired, a little water for the broth so that the buckwheat does not seem dry.
We shift eggs, meat to buckwheat porridge. We mix well.
When serving, add herbs to taste and you can enjoy hearty, tasty and aromatic porridge. Good appetite!
