Today I want to share a recipe for a loaf and sausage pie. It will be especially liked by those who do not like to tinker with the dough. A great idea for a quick snack or breakfast from what is in the fridge, but it turns out delicious, satisfying. It literally takes 5 minutes to prepare.

Recipe:

loaf -150 g

eggs -4pcs

sausage -150g

salt - to taste

cheese -100g

mustard -1 / 2 tsp

sour cream -4 tbsp. (120g)

butter -30-50g

COOKING METHOD

Cut a loaf 150 grams into cubes, cut a sausage 150 grams into cubes, grate 100 grams of cheese.

Put 120 grams of sour cream in a bowl (or measure with 4 tablespoons of 4 tablespoons), add a little mustard and mix. We break 4 eggs, mix everything again, add butter.

Add a loaf, sausage, cheese, add some salt, a little black pepper and mix everything. The dough is ready.
I have a mold with a mold diameter of 24 cm, grease with butter and put the dough. Tamp down slightly.

We put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes or navigate in your oven.
Cut hot into portions and serve. Delicious, fast and simple.
