Ovsyanoblin has long been a popular dish, but it turns out not everyone knows about it.
My favorite toppings - cheese and curd is salted fish.
For the most ovsyanoblina we need (1 serving):
- oatmeal (30-40g in dry form)
- 1 small egg,
- 50 ml of milk
- a pinch of salt and soda.
For filling:
- lettuce,
- 20-25 g of cheese curd,
- 50-60 g of red salted fish.
I love oatmeal pre-grind. Someone puts large flakes.
At one portion 40 g of oatmeal grind mixer (may be pre-grind oatmeal, to shift into a separate jar and used when necessary).
Add the egg, milk, a little soda and salt it.
Mix well.
Bake in the preheated nonstick skillet under the lid for two minutes on each side over medium heat.
If you do not believe in a frying pan - a little grease with olive oil.
Ready ovsyanoblin lubricates 15-20 g of cottage cheese.
Put the lettuce leaves and 50-60 g of salted fish.
Furthermore, it is possible to prepare ovsyanoblin with sweet filling, such as cheese, berries or fruit.
