Today I want to share a recipe for a universal 3-in-1 beetroot dish: a side dish, an appetizer and a salad, and you can also use it as a dressing for borscht. I try to do more at once, as you can store it in the refrigerator.

Recipe:
Beets - 3 pcs.
Onions - 3 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 4-5 tablespoons
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Pepper to taste
COOKING METHOD
Boil the beets until half cooked, cool a little.
(You can boil peeled or peeled beets at your discretion)
rub on a coarse grater
Chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
Now we hit the cauldron.
put beets, onions, add tomato paste, salt, sugar, black pepper.
Stir, close the lid and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
Then let it cool and put it in the refrigerator. We get it and use it as needed.
