I take any minced meat! Today I have chicken breast and turkey thighs. Salt to taste, add a mixture of peppers, dried garlic (you can take fresh), nutmeg. I add the swollen oatmeal and mix.

I divide the minced meat into three equal parts.
I take parchment (baking paper) - 3 sheets measuring 30x20 cm.
I spread one part of the minced meat on paper and form a rectangle out of the minced meat.
Now we lay out any filling. I have spinach and cheese today. Can eggs, mushrooms. What is at home. π
I wrap it in "sausage", helping myself with baking paper. Then sprinkle with paprika and turmeric to make the finished dish brighter and more beautiful. This is optional.
I roll it all up. I twist the edges. Imagine this is "candy". This is how it should look like:
I heat up the frying pan, no need to add any oil. I spread our meat sausages seam down. I fill it with boiling water. Close the lid and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
Then I turn the sausages over and cook for about 8 minutes more with the lid closed.
