β Today I will share in a wonderful way, how easy, quick and simple it is to peel even a whole head of garlic without a knife and any special cleaning devices. Literally 10 seconds and a whole head of garlic is perfectly peeled.
For me, this method is just a discovery! And as before it did not occur to me to do so. π€© I love making dried garlic, but cleaning took a very long time, and now I am doing everything quickly.
This method was suggested to me by a familiar chef in the dining room, this is how they peel garlic. You understand that speed in the kitchen in the dining room is very important.
Let's get down to business!
I take a head of garlic and press it with my hand so that the cloves of garlic separate from each other.

Then I take a large 3 liter saucepan. Yes, exactly a saucepan! This is definitely not a cleaning device, do you agree with me?! π
I transfer the garlic to the pan, close the lid and shake the pan for 10 seconds so that the garlic hits the sides of the pan, it can be on the lid and on the bottom.
The garlic seems to fly out of the rind! Look for yourself, it just remains intact.
