We will cook the pancake dough in milk, but not in the usual way. How exactly - I will tell you below in the recipe. For the filling, we will stew apples with sugar so that you get a light caramel. And add cinnamon - you get a moderately sweet and aromatic filling.

Before serving, I recommend frying the pancakes in butter. This is delicious!
You can cook such pancakes with apples even every day! But they are especially relevant for Shrovetide.

Ingredients:

Pancake dough

  • milk - 500 ml
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 200 g
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1/4 tsp l.

Apple filling

  • apples - 1 kg
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp l.

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the pancake dough.
Pour 500 ml of milk into a glass of a blender, break 4 eggs. Add 1-2 tablespoons to this. vegetable oil, pour in ΒΌ tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. l sugar. At the very end, pour 200 g of flour

2. And immediately beat everything until smooth. The sequence of ingredients must be such that the flour does not stick to the sides of the blender bowl.

3. Pour the finished dough into a bowl and leave to rest for 15 minutes.

4. While the dough is resting, prepare the apple filling.
Wash 1 kg of apples and cut into quarters.
Peel and core the apples.
Cut the peeled apples into small cubes.

5. Put about 1 tablespoon in the pan. butter and 4 tablespoons. Sahara. We mix everything.

6. Pour all the prepared apples here.
We mix everything. After a while, the apples will start juice. Stir occasionally, simmer the apples over low heat until all the liquid has evaporated.

7. At the very end, add 1 tsp. ground cinnamon. Mix the apples and remove from heat.

8. Fry pancakes.
Before the first pancake, grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour half a ladle of dough into the pan and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.

9. When one side is fried, turn the pancake to the other side. This is how we cook all the pancakes. From this amount of dough in a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, I got 16 pancakes.

10. We start pancakes.
We take one pancake and put about 1 tbsp on it. l. apple filling. Put the filling on only half of the pancake. Cover the filling with the second half of the pancake and fold it in half again. So we fill all the pancakes.

11. Grease the preheated pan with butter and lay out 4 stuffed pancakes. Fry the pancakes a little on one side and turn over to the other side. When the pancakes are fried on both sides, remove them and serve immediately.
