Today I want to share with you a recipe for potato casserole with minced chicken. Yes, you read that right. I eat potatoes and even pasta and even bananas and many who adhere to the PP and lose weight on a calorie deficit. And you still think their enemies slimming?

Potato gratin - it's a great option to feed in the day the whole family. And to losing weight and could enjoy a delicious gratin we prepare it so that it will not be a lot of calories.

Let's prepare the most.

We need the following ingredients (For a family of 4 people and a little more will remain as an additive or someone the next day):

- Potatoes (average 5 pieces) - 900g,

- chicken breast fillets (fillets 2 medium) - 600 g,

- Onion (medium 5 pieces) - 450g,

- butter -15g,

- processed cheese in slices - 4 pcs.

- semi-hard cheese - 80 g

- 1 egg.

We begin to cook.

Potatoes are put to cook.

Chicken breast cranking to stuffing with about 1/3 of an onion.

Chop the remaining onion.

Proceed to the plate.

On one pan fry onions, on the other stuffing. Stuffing we salt and pepper to taste.

I use non-stick frying pan, adding a little water, so that does not stick.

And we should boil the potatoes.

Boiled transform potato puree, it is added in 1 egg, butter and most passaged bow.

The remaining onions ship to roast meat.

Take a baking dish and start to collect a casserole.

The first layer spread half of mashed potatoes.

Put the puree on the chicken mince. Next, at the stuffing plate processed cheese spread. And the last layer of casseroles - is now part of the mashed potatoes.

Sprinkle grated cheese and send it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes until the cheese crust.

Our casserole ready!
