Hurrah Hurrah! Fresh cucumbers have already arrived in some places. We make a refreshing and at the same time leaching cucumber salad in a more digestible version of it.
Ingredients:
1. Cucumber - 1-2 pieces
2. Ground coriander - a pinch
3. Dill - bunch
4. Parsley - a bunch
5. Rock salt - to taste
6. Lemon juice - 1 tsp the spoon
7. Ground black pepper - a pinch
8. Garlic - 1 clove
Preparation
We took cucumbers and herbs, washed well. The cucumbers were cut off "butts", cut into cubes in a plate, salted, added all the spices (pepper, sprinkled with coriander ...).
Finely chopped green tea, sprinkled with our salad, sprinkled with lemon juice, added finely grated garlic.
Stirred and our fragrant salad is ready! (the trick is that we do not pour vegetable oil over the salad, but sprinkle it with lemon juice and so the cucumber is better absorbed, giving us all its "life-giving" moisture). Have a wonderful spring day, dear friends! :)
