Marinated tomatoes "Zadonsk" for the winter

Ingredients 3 l jar:

tomatoes
1 PC. onions
2 garlic cloves
half pepper
5 peas of fragrant and black pepper
a piece of red hot pepper
2 bay leaves
umbrella dill
1 cm horseradish root or leaf 1

Marinade 1 liter:

1 L of water
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. salt with a small slide
1 teaspoon of vinegar

Preparation:

1. Tomatoes and Kripen'ka select dense, slightly better than brown.

Rinse the tomatoes and make a puncture with a toothpick in place securing the stalk to keep them intact after the boiling water treatment.

2. Sterilize the jars and boil cover. I've been close tomatoes in small banks, but the amount of marinade forward to 1 liter of water. Therefore, banks I 0.5-1 liters. Do you use, to what used to.

3. The hot cans pour peppercorns and bay leaf. Add garlic cloves and onion.

4. Fill the container tomatoes.

Pepper, horseradish and a slice of hot pepper is better to put in the middle of the banks. Top - umbrella dill.

5. Boil pure water.

6. Pour boiling water tomatoes and cover with gauze or plastic caps.

7. Drain the liquid from the tomatoes in a saucepan. Add sugar and salt. Boil.

8. Pour boiling marinade jars with tomatoes, vinegar and immediately pour the boiled hot tighten caps.

9. Turn jars upside down to cover the paper. Wrap a blanket and leave for a day to cool down.

Then cool the jars in the refrigerator for at least a day or two. And then you can remove the shelf or in a cupboard in the kitchen. Importantly do not have radiators.
These tomatoes are perfectly stored in the conditions of the apartment.
