There is no special science to cook a fried and tasty chicken in the oven, but to make it without an oven - you have to dodge, they say. Why so - I do not know. As for me, both in the first and in the second case everything turns out perfectly. The main thing is to have a chicken.
I have already confessed my love for this bird (but in parts). And he mentioned that the most delicious (for my taste) part of it is the thigh. It is the thigh, but not the lower leg.
Therefore, today the recipe for thighs with vegetables - and without any oven.
We take:
- Pieces of 6-8 thighs;
- Five hundred grams of potatoes (choose very small, if any);
- A couple of carrots;
- Onion;
- A glass of broth;
- A little starch or flour (then thicken the gravy);
- Paprika (to taste);
- Salt (to taste);
- Frying oil.
How we cook:
We thoroughly heat the frying pan with butter and send the thighs to it - so that it gurgles. Fry until a crust appears on the skin, then remove from the pan.
I just wash the potatoes with a stiff brush, peel the carrots, cut them into cubes, and cut the onions into half rings (however, as you like).
If the potato is small, then we cut it into two parts, larger into four.
We send onions, potatoes and carrots to the pan, where the chicken was fried and, over high heat, fry for about ten minutes.
After - pour in the broth, salt, add the wig and let everything boil. Pour in a little flour or starch, stir thoroughly, put the thighs on top of the vegetables, cover with a lid and simmer until the chicken is ready.
Enjoy your meal!
