But at the same time, people say that eating less and my only get better! But what you will not get better if the body is supplied with energy in a 2-3 times greater than it needs to, even by eating meals with her palm.

For breakfast, I have today ovsyanoblin with curd cheese and salted fish.

Then came the day, when I finished my sudden vacation. I was able to relax a bit, but here again I was constantly on the computer.

For lunch I chicken soup with noodles durum wheat (390 g) and chicken drumsticks (100 g bones).

And for dinner 2 small chicken drumsticks, baked in spices (150 g) and salad with Chinese cabbage (200 g), filled with 20 g of 10% cream.
Dinner turned on 350 kcal.
As a result, in 1275 kcal per day.
Every day I drink your water intake - about 2.3 liters. Drink water on empty stomach and before each meal.
I am doing exercise at home conditions. Now my favorite activities - is a fitness band, I replaced her dumbbells.
And I have a question for you. I've now recorded calorie dinner and think, how, how to eat 2 tiny chicken drumstick and coleslaw and get 350 kcal? But the fact that the weight of the lower leg I calculated taking into account the bone. 150 g - that meat and bone tibia. I used to take into account in the counter minus the bones. And recently I began to count the bones, I do not know why.
