- loaf - 1 pc.
- sprats - 320 g (2 cans)
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- cheese - 80 g
- mayonnaise - 80 g
- garlic - 1 clove
- dill - for decoration
Step by step recipe
1. 80 g three cheese on a fine grater.
Cut 2-3 medium sized tomatoes into slices.
2. We take about 80 g of mayonnaise and add 1 clove of garlic to it through a press. We mix everything.
3. We fold sandwiches.
Lubricate the loaf slices with prepared mayonnaise with garlic.
Put tomato slices on each slice. If the tomatoes are small, then put in two circles.
4. Put 2 fish on the tomatoes. For 12 sandwiches, you will need two hundred and sixty gram jars of sprats.
Sprinkle everything on top with grated cheese.
5. Put the sandwiches in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 10-15 minutes.
6. We put the hot sandwiches on a dish and decorate with herbs, I decorated with small sprigs of dill. Serve on the table. This amount of ingredients makes 12 sandwiches.
