Gluten Free Millet Pancakes
- Pour clean millet with cold water and leave overnight.
- Transfer the millet to a blender and add 5 tbsp. l. milk from the total.
- If you have a large blender capacity, you can add all the products there and knead them there.
- The milk used is almond, oatmeal or coconut.
- If the coconut milk is very fat, dilute it in half with water.
This recipe is approved by a nutritionist, so it can be safely attributed to proper nutrition.
- Add 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. natural sweetener, 20 g of flaxseed or ghee butter, wheat or oat flour, leftover milk and orange juice with which you skimmed.
- Let the dough stand for half an hour and you can bake the pancakes.
- I will bake pancakes in coconut oil.
- Keep the heat between medium and minimum.
- When the edges are baked, turn over.
- From this amount of dough, I got 8 whole pancakes with a diameter of 22 cm and one funny leftover.
