I wish all those who strive for harmony - tasty and comfortable weight loss! Tasty, without hunger and breakdowns, it is possible to slim down, and now I know for sure, because I checked it on my own experience.

After starving diets, I came to a tasty and comfortable weight loss - minus 63 kg in 2 years. An example of my menu.

I, like many, have been on diets for a long time, but alas, they brought fleeting results. How many failures were there? How much did I eat during weight breakdowns? Two times more than I dropped!

Diets didn't get me anywhere. Only hunger, bad food, anger at the whole world and self-pity, as well as health problems.

But that all changed when I decided to try a completely different approach to losing weight. My life has changed, I have changed.

Now I understand that in order to maintain harmony, you need to change your diet and control it always, and not just on a diet.

Thanks to calorie counting and KBZhU, I came to a new way of life, to a new diet - light, healthy, balanced. At the same time, I can afford to relax on the holidays, eat a piece of cake or other tasty treat, I do not starve and eat deliciously.

As an example of a diet based on KBZHU, I will show my daily menu.

My breakfast today is scrambled eggs from two eggs, a sandwich on whole grain bread (25 g) with boiled pork tongue (50 g) and 100 g of tomato.

Breakfast for 355 kcal.

After breakfast, we quietly packed up and went on business to Moscow. There were also plans to visit relatives and the supermarket for groceries, otherwise they don't want to bring delicious fruits and vegetables to us, maybe the situation in Moscow is better? πŸ˜‚

We stopped by to visit relatives - I treated myself there to 70 g of boiled bulgur, baked chicken drumstick (60 g) and about 100 g of vegetables - 195 kcal.

And also a small piece of cake (100 g) for 520 kcal. All the same, holidays - I can afford. πŸ˜‰

The cake is quickly eaten, especially 100 g (whatever there is), but satiety from such food also quickly passes. Therefore, on the way I ate 290 g of fermented baked milk - 195 kcal.

And the sun today sometimes shone like that in spring:

Late in the evening, at home, I had dinner with fish soup (450 g) with a slice of bread (30 g) - 215 kcal.

Overjoyed that we finally got home and will be resting - I forgot to take a picture of the soup. Therefore, a photo from, so to speak, an archive:

The result of my day is 1480 kcal. B - 67, F - 69, U - 133.
