Diet - this word became hateful to me, but it constantly accompanied me. I have always been on diets and thought that the tougher the diet, the hungrier I am, the better and faster the result will be.

And so it was - the result was faster and better.

But weight also quickly returned after such diets.

Now I understand that losing weight quickly does not mean good. This is bad for both health and good looks.

It must be understood that returning after a diet to the previous diet, we close the circle from which we cannot escape, and gain weight again.

Therefore, we need such nutrition, which we can always adhere to to maintain a normal weight, and these are clearly not various starvation diets.

It is necessary to change your lifestyle, change your eating habits, learn to control your diet. When you understand this, everything falls into place.

Breakfast today makes me happy. Finally I bought the Adyghe cheese!

Fried Adyghe cheese (80 g) on ​​a couple of zips (from a spray bottle) and one chicken egg, dried bread in a toaster (25 g) and added a tomato (100 g) and leaves to all this deliciousness salad.

My breakfast came out on 420 kcal.

Nuggets were left after yesterday's dinner. I walked around them, walked and decided that I would get them today for a snack! It turned out very good - I liked it. I will definitely cook more and more.

Snack - 120 g nuggets, 30 g ketchup and some lettuce leaves. Total - 220 kcal.

For lunch I have boiled bulgur (150 g) and 200 g of turkey breast, stewed in curd-tomato sauce, and a little pickled ginger. Lunch - 320 kcal.

I cooked the turkey and bulgur yesterday, along with the nuggets - enough for tomorrow.

And whoever thinks that you have to "stand at the stove every day to lose weight" (a quote is almost a word from the comments of different people) - let him think so, looking for excuses.

For something to work out, you have to at least lift a finger. And you don't need to cook 3 times a day - you need to learn how to plan the menu and your free time.

That is why we are used to looking for excuses to do nothing, rather than opportunities to do?

And in the evening for some reason I really wanted a lazy khachapuri. Who said that you can only eat it for breakfast?

Out of greed, she apparently prepared khachapuri in the following proportions: 140 g of cottage cheese, an egg, 50 g of cheese and 27 g of whole grain rice flour.

My khachapuri turned out to be 550 kcal.

Immediately, I didn’t eat the khachapuri, of course, I left some for a snack later with coffee with milk (50 g) - 30 kcal.

Oh, how delicious it is - coffee with milk and a slice of lazy khachapuri.

Thanks to khachapuri, today I gained a lot of protein and enough fat.

My day turned out to be 1540 kcal. B - 134, F - 62, U - 101.

Once again, I want to remind you that with the help of a calorie deficit, there will always be a drinking regimen (at least 2 liters of clean drinking water per day, not tea, juices and other drinks) and feasible physical education.

And also do not forget about your appearance and help our skin to tighten, take care of it actively from the very beginning of losing weight (especially if you are slimming with a lot of weight). The skin tends to tighten (though not everyone knows about this, judging by the comments) - so help her.
