Today I want to tell you what a gorgeous dish you can cook from an ordinary chicken breast.

The dish turns out to be incredibly juicy and tasty! And the whole secret lies in the creamy filling. I often prepare this simple dish in place of chops or cutlets, and it replaces a full meal or dinner for the whole family.

📕Ingredients for cooking: 🍲

Chicken fillet - 2-3 pcs.
Chicken eggs (larger) - 2 pcs.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Dried thyme - 0.5 tsp l.
Provencal herbs - 1 tsp l.
Curry Blend - 1 tsp l.
Cream (low fat, 10%) - 150 ml
Odorless sunflower oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Tomato - 1 pc. (not shallow)
Fresh herbs (I had parsley) - a small bunch.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

First of all, we take a chicken breast and cut it into fillets, or we just already buy a ready-made chicken fillet - but it will be a little more expensive, and cut into small pieces.

And then we put the prepared meat in any suitable baking dish. You can cook such a dish in disposable portioned foil tins or small frames, if you have one - for a festive table, this option is just perfect!

And now we are preparing the fill ... To do this, break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt, thyme, dried Provencal herbs, curry to them. Optionally, you can use other spices that suit you. If you like it sharper - add dried adjika or hot red pepper, if you like savory dishes - add dried garlic or mustard.

Beat eggs with spices and salt lightly using a hand whisk or regular fork.

Then pour in the cream and vegetable oil.

Mix the filling well again and pour it into a mold with chopped chicken. Stir lightly so that the liquid is more evenly distributed over the meat.

Cut the tomato (s) into slices or slices and put them on top of our dish. And we send to bake in the oven for 30 minutes, at a temperature of 180-190 degrees. Adjust the temperature and duration of cooking if necessary, because all ovens are different and they heat differently.

We take out the finished dish from the oven and, if desired, sprinkle it with finely chopped fresh herbs. If you don't like parsley, you can use dill or basil. The chicken turns out to be very tender, juicy, fragrant.
