Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the cabbage. To do this, finely chop it. Put all the cabbage in a saucepan, add a little salt and fill it with water.
2. We put on fire and cook for about 25 minutes, until the cabbage is soft.
3. We put the cabbage in a colander and let the water drain.
4. Break eggs into a bowl and mix a little.
5. Add flour here and mix with a whisk until smooth.
6. Add prepared cabbage to this mass. Salt and pepper everything and mix well.
7. Fry schnitzels over medium heat with a little sunflower oil. Fry them under a lid on both sides.
Fry until a beautiful golden crust.
Serve schnitzels from cabbage hot with sour cream.
