Preparing a delicious raw-food detox puree from dried apricots and apples, which helps cleanse the body after heavy meals.
Ingredients:
1. Dried apricots - 5 pcs (leaches, cleanses the intestines, potassium for the heart)
2. Apple - 1 pc (pectins for the digestive tract, stimulates the liver to produce bile, vitamin C)
3. Water - 1 glass (preferably melted)
4. Turmeric - pinch (purifies the blood)
Preparation
In the evening, we washed dried apricots and soaked them in warm water overnight (it is better to choose dried apricots nondescript, it is not processed with chemistry, and even better to take apricots - dried apricots with bone, because it is sweeter, leaches better, vitamin B17 in the bone is a bonus and in general it has much more benefit, because less is produced on it manipulations).
In the morning they rinsed dried apricots, cut them into smaller pieces (examined for sticks, debris, etc.). We washed the apple, removed the middle, cut it into 4 parts, immersed it in a blender container for dried apricots, poured turmeric, added warm water.
Beat until smooth for about 30-40 seconds, put in a cup and bon appetit!
