We are recovering from overeating! And you can overeat even the most correct dry, salt-free chicken breast with buckwheat.

And you can eat dumplings, pasta and chocolate and not exceed your norm, not overeat.

Eat dumplings and lose weight? Impossible. Bread? What do you mean! What bread! Pasta? Horrible!

And everything that is not clear, is not known and does not fit into the head of such people - automatically becomes a lie. But you just have to take the time and understand, study the information, take a step towards knowledge, and perhaps life will sparkle with different colors.

I wanted to pamper myself with lazy khachapuri today. But I was completely lazy and instead of khachapuri I made a cake. I didn't bother with the cheese filling as in the recipe, but just rubbed the cheese into the dough.

This is also, of course, delicious, but I like the process when you break off a piece of khachapuri, and the cheese stretches so appetizingly... Well, okay, and the cake came out excellent - hearty, tasty and contains a lot of protein.

Breakfast turned out to be 400 kcal. The protein in the cake is already 34.2 g!

Cooking khachapuri in the morning became even more pleasant for me with a new blender. This beast mixes everything in one second. I'm just in awe of him!

I know that some of you are waiting for me to boast of my novelty (it's a sin not to boast of such a beautyπŸ˜‚). I try to make the review as informative as possible and not tedious. Because when I was looking for and choosing a blender, I realized that most of the reviews are very tedious, long, and in fact, many interesting things are not said.

I hope you noticed and appreciated that I try to shorten the recipes as much as possible for you in time - although as a blogger (I'm a blogger!) It is not beneficial for me.

It remains for me to try out a few grater attachments on a blender and I will be ready to tell you about it.

I was a little distracted from the menu, but I wanted to say that I did not forget about those who are waiting for a review of the blender.

After breakfast I went to the computer. On Monday I was a little lazy and got myself half a day out of work. To be honest, I'm really a little tired. But after I closed my private messages in social networks (why I did it - I told in the article "menu from 11/30/2020") - I felt much more comfortable and easier.

I took a break for half an hour to make a light salad and just try out a couple more blender attachments.

And for a snack I have a salad of cucumber (100 g), chicken breast (100 g) and red onion, seasoned with yogurt mixed with Bavarian mustard (30 g of yogurt and 5 g of mustard). I added garlic, salt and pepper to the salad.

The snack came out on 200 kcal.

And a little later I drank green tea with 20 g of dark chocolate - 105 kcal.

Yesterday I cooked a beef pickle for lunch and now I just heat it up and lunch is ready.

Lunch - 450 g of pickle and 30 g of Darnitsa bread, dried in a pan and greased with 10 g of butter with garlic. Happened 325 kcal.

After lunch, I finally sat down to edit the video review of the blender. It took a long time. When I started shooting videos for the blog, I had no idea that it all takes so long.

But I'm even curious, the process is delaying.

The other day, my husband and I drove past a cheburek and started talking about how it would be nice to indulge in chebureks. But this is only the day of loading I can afford.

Remembering that conversation, I decided to try to cook very lazy pasties at home. Not even pasties, but something remotely similar to them, but less fatty and high-calorie.

It turned out delicious and satisfying - we ate it for dinner with pleasure!

At first I took one cheburek for myself and photographed it, because I did not have time to calculate the KBZHU and did not know how much I could afford. I pulled it out of the oven just in time for dinner - everyone was already sitting in the kitchen, waiting, gathering for a scentπŸ˜‚.

While eating the cheburek, I calculated the KBZHU. And I realized that I could eat another one, which I did with great pleasure.

Dinner - 300 g of pasties - 445 kcal.

The result of the day is 1475 kcal. B - 136, F - 55, U - 101.

Drinking and exercising will always help with a calorie deficit while losing weight. But do not forget that 80% of success is nutritional change, nutritional control.
