They are prepared simply and easily. In order for the pancakes to turn out to be more tender, it is advisable to grate the vegetables on a puree grater. But, if you do not have such a grater, then you can use a fine grater, it will also turn out tasty and juicy.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 500 g
  • pumpkin - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Three 0.5 kg of peeled potatoes on a puree grater. We put the grated potatoes in a sieve so that the excess liquid is glass.

2. 0.5 kg of pumpkin is also grated for mashed potatoes. If it is not there, then everything can be grated on such a fine grater. We also put the grated pumpkin in a sieve so that the liquid is glass.

3. While the liquid is draining three on a grater 1 onion. To prevent onions from being so evil, they need to be chilled in the refrigerator or held in cold water.

8. Remove the finished pancakes from the pan on paper towels so that excess fat is absorbed.
