Russian yeast pancakes with holes

  • Add fresh yeast to warm water.

  • Bring milk to a boil.
  • Before frying, add 300 g of boiling milk to the dough and stir immediately.
  • These pancakes are best fried in ghee.

250 g flour
4 g fresh yeast
20 g sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
150-300 g milk (depends on how thick you want the pancakes)
