Hello friends! Today I have another pancakes on my program, this time with spinach and green onions. These spinach pancakes go well with red fish: lightly salted salmon or salmon and yogurt sauce.

Pancakes with spinach and green onions
- 100 g spinach, a bunch of dill, if there is parsley or cilantro and green onions, place in a blender.
- Add 150 g of Greek yogurt to this and grind everything together.
- Add 2 eggs to the crushed mixture, 1/3 tsp. salt and 1.5 tsp. Sahara.
- Stir and pour in 500 g of milk there.
- Mix liquid ingredients with flour until smooth.
- Let the dough sit for 20 minutes and you can bake the pancakes.
Sauce
- These pancakes are very good to serve with yoghurt sauce and salmon.
- Mix 50 g cream cheese, 150 g Greek yogurt, add 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1-2 tsp. olive oil, if desired, add lemon zest and half a clove of garlic.
- Also, mint works very well here, if there is one.
- Mix all the ingredients well and you can add a little salt.
Baking pancakes
- Add 20 g of melted butter to the dough before baking. Bake pancakes as usual.
- Pancakes do not need to be fried too muchso that they do not lose their bright green color. Green pancakes bring spring with them.
- From this amount of dough, I got 15 full-fledged pancakes 22 cm.
