It all starts from the head. Even all our unsuccessful attempts to lose weight and gain weight again, after a successful diet - this also comes from the head. We must understand that it is necessary to change the way of life.
But it is not enough to understand that our slimness is a change in nutrition, a change in dietary habits, and not constant babies.
It is also important to find strength in yourself and change your diet, reorganize to less high-calorie meals, change your favorite recipes.
You can lose weight on a diet. But you can save the result only by controlling your diet, and not returning to the way of life that was before the diet.
I found a way to lose weight that helped me get rid of 63 kg and this is calorie counting. I changed my diet, gave up sugar, stopped frying food in the sea of ββoil - I bake more, carcass, cook more. Replacing fast carbs with slow ones.
It's time for our joint checkweighing. After all, how quickly time flies. I didn't have time to look around, but 2 weeks have already passed.
My weight is spinning around 69-70 kg. I guess again I have a long plateau. Of course, I am in no hurry and am quite happy with my weight, but it's a shame. It's a shame to realize that the mistakes that I made at the beginning of the journey still "spoil the whole picture" for me π
Therefore, I want to warn you once again - do not underestimate your calorie intake! Don't listen to everyone. Here is my friend / acquaintance / neighbor lost 1000 kcal and I will also lose weight the same way.
Losing weight by 1000 kcal is easy! But it is also easy to "break" the body, "break" the metabolism and eventually stop losing weight even by 1000 kcal, and at 1200 it starts to get better. Or do you want to starve your whole life? I donβt think so.
My example is a striking indicator of what follows long-term calorie reduction. Now 1400 kcal - should be my deficit and the weight should go away. However, there is one big BUT. I sat at 1100-1200 for a long time and my body adapted to the meager amount of incoming energy. I came to my senses when I stopped losing weight by 1200. I increased the calorie intake, the weight stood for a long time, I got used to it. But I still wanted to lose weight - the weight at that time was even greater. And unable to resist, I again lowered, but already to 1300 and no less. Having achieved the result (which I still want to improve), I began to raise the calorie intake. And here at 1400 the weight is worth. There was a period when it took 2-3 kilograms. But so far the prospect is not very bright. I am glad that it does not go up.
But my norm according to the formula is 1750 kcal.
Do not make my mistakesπ - do not underestimate the calorie intake, wanting to lose weight faster. Fast does not mean good and without consequences.
And I will continue to wait until my body begins to lose weight by 1400, so that I can increase the calorie intake further, trying to swing my metabolism to normal. So I decided.
My menu today is as follows.
For breakfast, sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with boiled beef tongue (60 g) and suluguni cheese (30 g).
Breakfast turned out to be 370 kcal.
Friday morning I have everything at work - I want to free Friday evening and at least Saturday from working moments. On Saturday for the whole day we will most likely leave for Moscow on business.
At 11 o'clock I took a short break for a snack. There was only one last slice of the apple pie. It's so nice that mine are trying to leave me low-calorie snacksπ.
170 g pie for a snack - 265 kcal. She ate the cake with green tea.
At lunchtime, we ate cheese soup, I made a bit too much, ate for several days - but there was no need to cook, and everyone loves cheese soup.
A plate of cheese soup (450 g) for lunch - 295 kcal.
After lunch I decided to fry the cutlets for the evening and so that there would be food on Saturday (there will be no time to cook on Saturday).
I fried some chicken cutlets with cottage cheese for myself on the electric grill, and decided to use their favorite ones with pork.
I waited for my husband from work and we went to explore the forest. I would like to catch a wave of honey agarics, but apparently this year is not destiny. What was small a week ago has dried up. The forest is generally dry.
That year we went to pick mushrooms for 2 days in a row, it turned out well. And this year it somehow does not grow together. But we walked through the forest, the aroma is simply breathtaking!

We returned home and had dinner. For dinner with cutlets (200 g), I have boiled potatoes (150 g) and a tomato (100 g), sprinkled with olive oil.
Dinner went out on 350 kcal.
Now I have an oil spray, which I am very happy about. It is very convenient to season salad - the oil is not enough, but it is sprayed on all vegetables - that's what you need.
During the day, I drank coffee with milk (150 g) and syrup (15 g) and with one fruit candy (20 g) - 140 kcal.
As a result, 1420 kcal per day turned out. B117, Zh50, U125. The norm of water is drunk.
