Today I want to present to you the recipe for chicken roll with mushrooms and melted cheese.

At the same time, this roll does not harm our weight loss because it has the perfect KBZHU.

✅Nam need:

- mushrooms, fried with onions (250 g) - I had mushrooms, you can use any mushrooms, including mushrooms,

- minced chicken breast (590 g)

- 80 g of onion,

- Processed cheese stand plates 6 - 100 g,

- 5% cottage cheese - 140 g,

- salt, pepper, dried garlic, paprika.

I already had the fried mushrooms and onions, which are left over from the preparation of other dishes.

Non-stick frying pan without oil fry the onion and add it to the mushrooms. Salt and pepper, bring to readiness.

Chicken breast convert to stuffing, to which are added 2 onions.

Minced salt, pepper, add the garlic and dry cottage cheese. Mix well. Ideally wetter cheese than I have, so it is uniformly dispersed in the meat. But my grainy totally spoiled roll, but I had to add some water just in the stuffing.

Take a silicone baking mat (one has a kitchen) or just a wet towel.

Distribute the stuffing on the mat.

We spread it on the mushrooms and mushroom plate of melted cheese.

Gently twirl roll and close up the sides and the seam.

Sprinkle with paprika roll and send it in the oven at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. I look for a roll in the oven all different.

Why I decided to use it in a processed cheese plates:
