โ I hasten to share with you another delicious and original recipe for preparing a dish from any minced meat. It turns out so juicy and tasty that you want to cook like this again and again. Any filling - and always a new taste of the dish.
Such a meat dish can be safely prepared for any occasion, guests will definitely appreciate it. If served hot, you will get a hot meat dish, and in a cold one it is already a meat appetizer and a replacement for sausage and ham in the morning for a sandwich. ๐
This minced meat recipe has taken root with us, my husband even asks to cook it instead of cutlets. I liked it so much! And it looks very impressive. So you will definitely succeed in surprising your family and friends. ๐

Pour oatmeal with hot milk. I close the lid and leave it until the flakes absorb the milk.
I take any minced meat, add salt and my favorite spices. Each time you can use a different one and there will be a new taste. (I have garlic, pepper, nutmeg). Now I add the oatmeal, which has already been fed with milk.
I take 3 sheets of foil 40x30 centimeters in size.
I step back 10 centimeters from myself and spread 1/3 of the minced meat.
As a filling, spinach (you can dill, parsley) and quail eggs (you can grind ordinary chicken). But, I made this appetizer on the table and looks great with a quail egg!
I wrap everything in a roll (if it's not clear how, see my video recipe at the end of the article). You can also sprinkle with paprika on top, it will be beautiful.
It turns out 3 rolls.
I transfer the rolls to a preheated frying pan and fry the sausages over a fire just below average for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side. The pan is dry, without oil.
Then I fill 1/3 with hot water so that the sausages are covered with water. Scroll through the photo (there are 3 more on the right).
