This is the best filler cake that I have ever cooked. Recommend!

2 eggs
1 h. l. soda
1 cup flour
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Onion peel and mince together with the meat.

2. Pour baking soda into the yogurt and leave for 5-7 minutes.

3. In the yogurt to drive the eggs, a pinch of salt and enter the sifted flour.

Batter until uniform. It will be a little runny, the way it should be.

4. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan until cooked. Oils need a little, but you need to stir often. Otherwise, the stuffing will burn and turn into one large patty-cake.

Ready headlights with salt and season with pepper in taste.

5. Shape for round cake of grease and lightly sprinkle with flour or semolina.

6. Pour half of the batter into the pan.

7. For the dough gently to distribute evenly warm roasted minced meat.

8. Pour over stuffing the second half of the test. Try to keep the dough covered all the stuffing.

9. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and put it in a form for 40 minutes.

Ready pie served hot. Can be directly in the form or put it on a dish.
