Slowly but surely, the weight goes. I was even glad that slowly, because I see how the skin is tightened - I want to ensure that no trace is left on the stretched skin. I have never had the terrible consequences of losing weight, because the weight went smoothly and not so fast and the skin of a little time to catch up.
What can I say, continue at the same pace to lose weight on. While I did not achieve a result that would have made me 100%.
I turn to the menu for the day.
For breakfast sandwiches on whole home bread (80 g), butter (7 g) and salmon salted (60 g). Green tea capsule and omega-3.
I have breakfast at 430 kcal.
By the way, the bread I bake itself and its preparation takes not much time. My last record of dough for bread and send it in the oven - it's only 5 minutes. But then, almost a week, I do not think of bread, just take out of the fridge and cut a slice. Recipe napominalochke find in the end.
Sunday, on it and Sunday to rest, the more I decided to arrange a week-long vacation.
And today, after breakfast, we rested a bit, watched a movie and went for a walk, to breathe the air. The weather has not quite, but still wanted to walk. Especially the first weekend a few weeks, when we do not need to go anywhere and we just relaxing at home.

Long time since I made myself cheese casserole - I thought, and decided to have dinner cheese gratin with mango. Someone thinks it's a waste, and I would eat these 100 g and had not noticed in my opinion. But the whole casserole soaked mango and it was very tasty.
Casserole I prepared in the following manner: 150 g of a 5% curd with whipped egg 1, 3 sachets sahzama added and 100 g of mango distributed throughout casseroles). Bake at 180 degrees 30 minutes. And note - no flour!
It turned out to dinner 350 kcal.
In the end, the day turned 1345 kcal.
During the day, drinking water: glass on empty stomach, before each meal a glass and then as desired.
Of physical activity in my walking, plus home exercises with a fitness band, squats, swings, abdominal exercises, plank.
