I rub the cabbage on a coarse grater. This is a very convenient way to grind cabbage for this dish. The cabbage will cook quickly and nothing will crunch.
I add a couple of eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
I add flour and mix.
I warm up the pan with vegetable oil, spread the cabbage dough (evenly distribute).
If you wish, you can now sprinkle sesame seeds on top, even as an option, with ice seeds. I close the lid and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
