I will immediately answer the question, where do I put all this (it is asked to me up to a dozen times a day). I answer: I have a large kitchen and I also have a dacha. Therefore, so far there have been no problems with storage space))

Oven, microwave and hob. Most often you ask about them. I'm telling you.

I often cook in the microwave in the country. There I have a simpler microwave. But that's enough for me. I not only warm it up in it, I cook a lot of everything in it - breakfasts, meat, fish, bake pies in it different and even pancakes, I cook cabbage for cabbage rolls, crackers for salad, I cook compotes, dry greens and etc.

And here's my hob. Electrical. White, like my whole kitchen. Very comfortable. Easy to clean. Rather, no more difficult than black)) And if I still need to choose between white or black, I will stop at white again! By the way, read the reviews below - this is not only my opinion. My husband usually cleans the hob. Here in this video I showed how he does it))

Of course, you need a scraper and a cleaning agent to clean the hob. We have chosen for ourselves a very cool means for cleaning glass ceramics, which, by the way, my husband "adapted" and for cleaning the oven. Without water and without much effort, it cleans up even the most difficult pollution. And with this tool he cleans metal dishes (after that she shines like new).

I bake a lot, so of course I have several mixers (both manual and planetary). There is a BOSCH kitchen machine that helps me even when cutting salads into cubes)) I showed several functions of this machine here in this video.

I also like to dry everything - vegetables, mushrooms, fish and even meat. And I cook the spices myself. I really like to add dried onions to different dishes. Why do I dry a lot of onions, I told here in this article. To do this, of course, I need a vegetable dryer and a powerful blender for chopping dried vegetables and mushrooms. And they constantly ask me what kind of blender I have and what kind of dryer.

At the dacha, by the way, I have a simpler dryer. But I have enough of her too. It also dries well. But during drying, you need to rearrange the trays in order to dry more evenly. Plus, she herself does not turn off. The timer is just not enough for me. And here I also miss small nets and trays for marshmallow (but I have them in an expensive dryer - greens and something small dry land in it). I recommend both dryers. By the way, they do not consume as much electricity as some people think. The dryer is designed for long-term drying - it is very economical. It is much more expensive to dry in the oven.

In general, I like different blanks. I even cook canned fish. It turns out delicious. And safe. Because I cook them in an autoclave. I do it at the dacha (there he "lives" with me). How I prepare canned food, I showed here in this video. I rarely buy canned food in the store.

Of course, the autoclave can be chosen of any volume and any cost. I have an autoclave "Robin" for 26 liters. I'm glad))

And I cook the mayonnaise myself. It's very easy! I showed several recipes for homemade mayonnaise here in this video. There is mayonnaise on milk without eggs, and lean mayonnaise, and classic. I cook with both a blender and a mixer. Many have already tried mayonnaise according to these recipes - it turns out great. A submersible blender is needed here. I have a simple one, like this:

Here, in the set, there is also a chopper and a whisk. But I often use a shredder differently. It is more convenient and more powerful. Here I showed how I cook with it fish cakes "tender".

It often happens that there is not enough time to cook dinner - then my slow cooker helps me a lot. I have a lot of recipes for a multicooker on the channel. I cook first courses, cereals, meat, and pastries in it. I also have more than one multicooker. But most often I cook like this:

Try it chicken fillet with feta cheese (recipe from my husband). You can cook it on the stove, but it's much easier in a multicooker.

Electric grill. I had several of them. Both cheap and expensive. And I have something to compare with. If the top panel is fixed, I do not recommend buying one. On the one hand, such a grill "burns" the food, on the other hand, on the contrary, everything is raw. You have to constantly turn the product over and press it down. I also don't like it when the panels cannot be removed and washed. Now I have a powerful and smart electric grill. He himself determines the thickness of the product and chooses the cooking time. I just need to put the product down and wait for the signal. And easy to clean. I recently cooked a delicious liver dish on this grill. Here look here.

I must say right away that black cutlery is a gift. Friends brought from Turkey. Therefore, I will not tell you where to get it. Not because "I'm sorry", but because I don't know where to buy them))

But I will answer the question about frying pans. I have a lot of pans. Most often I buy Kukmara pans.

Small, big, pancake... I have different. I like both the quality and the price. Therefore, I recommend them to all. I repeat: I do not advertise! I don’t insist that these are the best pans. I just tell you what I use myself.

I like pancakes with marble coating. Pancakes turn out prettier and flip easily)) I recently shared several recipes for pancakes. And there I just used such a frying pan. It is better to take a diameter of 20-22 cm - just perfect for pancakes. Look here video.

I also bake cakes, buns and bread myself. For this, of course, I need bakeware. I also buy Kukmara cake molds, muffin molds and bread molds. They are inexpensive and the quality is excellent.
