Ingredients:

  • milk - 400 ml
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • corn starch (potato) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.
  • walnut - 30 g
  • black chocolate (for decoration) - 10 g

Step by step recipe

1. Pour 30 g of walnuts into the chopper. Grind very finely. Any other nuts can be used instead of walnuts.

2. Pour 2 tbsp into a saucepan or small saucepan. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa and 2 tbsp. starch. We mix everything. I use cornstarch, but you can also use potato.

3. Pour 400 ml of milk here.
We mix everything and put on fire.

4. Cook the pudding over medium heat, stirring constantly. It is very important to stir as the mixture may burn to the bottom of the saucepan.

5. When the pudding begins to thicken, add chopped walnuts. We mix everything continuously. After boiling, cook the pudding for about 1 minute and remove from heat.

6. While still hot, pour the pudding into bowls or glasses. From this amount of ingredients, I got 2 bowls with a volume of 200 ml.
Cover the pudding with lids or plates so that a crust does not form on top.
We leave everything to cool at room temperature, and then you can put it in the refrigerator.

7. The pudding is frozen, decorate it with chocolate on top.

The chocolate pudding with nuts turned out to be very tasty and tender. It is prepared so simply and easily that you can safely replace purchased sweets with it. The ingredients are the most readily available and few. Also, such a pudding can be cooked without nuts, it will also be delicious.
